I love working on an international team, especially those early morning time zone crossing meetings when my son pops in to say hello. My most memorable moments are centered around the conversations this can spark about children. Learning different cultural perspectives on parenting has been important to me throughout motherhood and is a beautiful reminder of the value of diverse perspectives in our work.
