Country Director
As a public health specialist, Troy has significantly contributed to the development of quality improvement methods, tools and training curricula in the areas of reproductive, maternal and newborn health. He has also focused on other public health areas such as HIV/AIDS, leading the development of information, education and communication material focused on orphans and vulnerable children, as well as a child counselling manual (supported by UNICEF) for the National AIDS Control Organization. Troy has also worked on strengthening collaboration with private sector hospitals and the national tuberculosis program.
Troy is passionate about spending time with nature, music and family.
