Programme Manager, Lusaka
Kelly is a seasoned development professional with 14 years of experience in programme management, project design and implementation, organizational capacity assessment and development, partnership development and coordination, development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems, training and capacity building and more.
Kelly is a strategic thinker, team player and goal achiever with experience working with local and international non- governmental organizations at different levels. He has a strong expertise in technical aspects of development projects to improve efficiency and maximize project delivery.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in social work with electives in development studies and sociology from The University of Zambia. He started his career working with SOS Children’s Villages Zambia as an outreach social worker. He later worked with the Zambia Federation of Disability Organizations (ZAFOD) and International Labour Organization (ILO). Before joining Operation Eyesight, he was the project manager – European Union (EU) Advocacy Project with People in Need (PIN) in Mongu, Zambia.
