Maggie is a detail-oriented HR professional who believes that HR is the bridge between the needs of the organization and the needs of employees. With this perspective, Maggie strives to build creative and insightful people strategies that align with and strengthen organizational goals and plans.
Maggie has been with Operation Eyesight since 2019 and has supported landmark Canadian organizations including Canadian Pacific Railway, Aecon Construction, and Bombardier in the past. She received her Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Industrial Relations degrees from Queen’s University and brings expertise in both employee and labour relations, as well as a commitment to the overall well-being of Operation Eyesight’s workforce.
As a mother of two beautiful little girls, Maggie spends most of her free time making memories with her family and friends. She also loves to read and often gets crafty with crochet and baking projects.
