David Lin is Vice President, Commercial at Elemental Clean Fuels, where he focuses on the development and investment of renewable natural gas, sustainable aviation fuel, hydrogen and other low-carbon energy projects.

David has more than 15 years of experience across energy and finance, with a background spanning petroleum engineering, investment banking, corporate banking, corporate development, financial planning and budgeting. Over his career, he has been involved in more than $4 billion of M&A transactions and has extensive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, capital planning and strategic decision-making.

David holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and CFA charterholder. He previously served on the board of the Chinese Canadian Petroleum Society.
